I put together this restaurant card myself and have had some success with it in Taiwan. It mentions food also found in Singapore in case I had a need to use this card in Singapore. I haven't had an occasion to use it in SG yet.

As with all my cards, I didn't use a professional translator. I did a lot of work on translating it myself and then had it checked by a native speaker for clarity.
